Bonnie Springs Ranch is a western theme park near Blue Diamond, in Clark County, southern Nevada.
Located in the Mojave Desert, under the Spring Mountains in the Red Rock Canyon area. This ranch has a natural oasis habitat, from the springs that appear here.
Bonnie Springs Ranch's current features include: horseback riding, zoo, western town "Old Nevada", miniature trains, 46-room motels and restaurants.

The springs are in the Paiute homeland for centuries. They moved their residence into small pockets on rocky cliffs to the west after immigrants took their land.
The ranch in the natural spring was first established in 1843, as a water stop for wagons to California at the Old Spanish Trail. In 1846, General John C. FrÃÆ'Â © mont, on his way to Alta California, stopped in the spring to prepare a trip through Death Valley to Pueblo de Los Angeles
20th century
In 1952, Bonnie McGaugh (July 30, 1921 - January 29, 2016) bought 115 acres of land in Red Rock Canyon, 20 miles west of Las Vegas. The property consists of a broken bar and a three-room house. McGaugh reopened the bar and operated it without electricity for 12 years.
In 1954, Bonnie McGaugh married Al Levinson (1924-1994). In 1958, they opened Bonnie Springs Ranch to the public. Stable was added in 1963.
A restaurant opened in 1964. The famous bar/restaurant with a tie collection hanging from the ceiling, with dollar bills pinned to them. Al Levinson has decided against the bond policy at the restaurant after he was turned away from a restaurant at the Desert Inn casino for wearing a bolo tie. From then on, he will take every tie that goes into his restaurant and pinned it to the ceiling. People then start pinning money into bonds. On September 12, 2001, money from the ceiling - a total of $ 18,744 - was donated to the Blue Diamond Fire Department.
In 1972, construction began in Old Nevada, a name given to a series of buildings that replicated the mining town of the 1880s. The buildings are made of decayed wood. Old Nevada was opened in 1974, and includes wedding chapels, souvenir shops, wax museums, western style sedans, small schools, and weapon battles.
In 1989, a 50 room motel was added. The Levinson children, Alan Levinson and April Hopper, took over the operation of the ranch in 1994, following the death of their father.

Zoo
After someone dropped a sheep on the property, two deer appeared. McGaugh then adopted a wolf, then took two mini goats from Wayne Newton, and then got the idea to open a zoo on the ranch.
The zoo was built in the early 1960s, and now includes emus, wolves, and non-native Canadian lynx. Peacocks and deer are free to roam the fenced zoo area. This ranch also has a large stable horses.
Paranormal
This farm has been speculated to be haunted, as some claimed to the farm. Several guests had witnessed the sighting of a little girl in the schoolhouse, and also watched the merry-go-round whirl itself on a non-windy and dry day. In the wax museum, voices can be heard and the wax statues sometimes move on their own. They also look like breathing. Because of this, managers must nail the wax figure to keep the display from mixing. In the opera house, people have witnessed a shadowy figure following them around the room, and a guest takes a picture and is reportedly arresting a black mob standing next to him.
In October 2008, the farm was temporarily named "Bonnie Screams" in Halloween celebrations, a tradition that continues every October, and includes a haunted house.
In popular culture
The motel was featured in the 2005 film Domino .
The farm was featured in Ghost Adventure during the fourth season, where they could capture some evidence, including the sounds in the wax museum and the shadowy figure in the opera house. It was also featured in an episode of Joker Impractical .
