Jack Cincinnati Casino (formerly Horseshoe Cincinnati ) is a casino in Cincinnati, Ohio, owned and operated by Jack Entertainment.
The Horseshoe Casino opens on Monday, March 4, 2013. Construction on the site begins in February 2011. The casino is located at 23 acres (9.3Ã, ha) in the northeast corner of Downtown Cincinnati which was previously the location of Broadway Commons. This is the last of four complete service casinos approved by voters to open in the state.

The two-story casino is 100,000 square feet (9,300m 2 ) and has 2,000 slot machines, 85 game tables and 31-table World Series of Poker rooms. Margaritaville Jimmy Buffett, Burger Bobby's Palace, and Prisma are located within the facility.
Horseshoe Cincinnati was originally owned and operated by Rock Ohio Caesars, a joint venture between Caesars Entertainment and Dan Gilbert's Rock Gaming. Rock Ohio Caesars also opened Ohio's first casino, Horseshoe Casino Cleveland, in May 2012. Rock Ohio Caesars was the first operator to be licensed by the Ohio Casino Control Commission on May 2, 2012.
The casino was re-branded Jack Cincinnati Casino in June 2016.

Ohio voters approve (53%) state constitutional amendments in November 2009 allowing casinos in the four largest cities of the states: Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus and Toledo. It was the fifth state vote to legalize gambling in Ohio for 20 years.
Hollywood Casino Toledo, developed and operated by Penn National Gaming, opened on May 29, 2012 followed by Hollywood Columbus, which opens on October 8, 2012.
The gross casino income will be taxed at 33 percent, one of the highest rates in the country for this resort's resort-level casino. Part of tax revenues is directed to public school districts; four host cities; all 88 states; Ohio State Race Commission; law enforcement training; and research and treatment of gambling problems and substance abuse.
