Rob Oakley (born April 18, 1962) is an Australian horse. He represented Australia on horseback in the 2012 Summer Paralympics but did not win a medal.

Oakley was born on April 18, 1962 in Primrose Valley, New South Wales. She had muscular dystrophy. In 2007, he was based in the Australian Capital Territory. In 2012, he lives in Bungendore and has two teenage daughters.

Oakley is a Grade 1B riding competitor. In 2012, his coach is Jose Mendez and his men are Faye Mendez, and he is trained in Marulan, New South Wales. She has been involved with horse-related sports since she was a teenager, starting out in sports as a way to impress a girl. In 2011 and 2012, he received a scholarship with ACT Academy of Sport.
Initially, before the onset of muscular dystrophy, Oakley plays polocrosse. He started dressage in 2002. He first represented Australia in 2005. That year, he finished first at the Derby International in England and second at the Hartpury International Festival of Dressage. She competed at the Hartpury International Festival from Dressage again in 2006. In December 2006, she gained a 17-horse high hand called the Peaceful Warrior. In 2007, 2008 and 2012, he trained and volunteered at Pegasus Riding for the Disabled Center in Canberra. At the end of 2007, he tried to get a horses flu vaccination for both his horses because he was sure if he did not get it, his chances of making the Paralympic team would be reduced. In 2007, he was a member of the Paralympic shadow team in Australia and competed in the World Championships. In April 2008, he was one of three riders who sought Australia's fifth and final spot on the country's 2008 Summer Paralympic team. He was not elected. He is a member of the 2009 National High Performance Squad. At the 2011 Oceania Championship, he finished second in individual teams and events. She was chosen to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics at the Equestrian Equestrian Campford Manny Mantivani as a fifty-year-old. He did not win a medal at the 2012 Olympics.
