The Rampart Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race held annually during the second week of March at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Class III events are open to fillies and horses, aged four and above, willing to race one and eighth miles on the ground.

As a result of the sponsorship arrangement, Rampart was run as a Johnny Walker Black Classic in 1989 and 1990.

Since its inception in 1980, the race has been contested at three different distances:

• 1 ¹ / ₁₆ mi (1.71 km) Ã,: 1980- 2000
• 1 ¹ / ₈ mi (1.81 km) Ã,: 2001-2014
• 1 mile (1.61 km) Ã,: 2015
